  Just returned the car and flying back to my country. Pick up: From the airport to the agency, the driver did not offer any help. We stood waiting for the agent to finish with customers who were ahead of us. When it was our turn, the agent asked us, Are you first or the customer behind you? We told him, Of course, we are. I showed him the reservation documents, but he refused to serve us and he was so rude and called the customer behind us, claiming they were before us To avoid any problems, we gave up our turn and went back to the end of the line. After that, I heard the customer who was behind me and the agent are speaking in the same language, not English. At that moment, I understood that it was discrimination and racism. I spoke with another employee who helped us, as well as with the branch manager, who was kind, about the disgraceful treatment we experienced. However, my friend insisted that I write about what happened to us and send it to the company to help prevent such behavior from some agents.
