However on Feb 25 we took my Honda Civic 4 door thru there and it ripped off the rubber pieces that run along the top of most cars. After telling staff who just looked at us like we spoke another language nothing was done. The pieces are missing they could not find them. I found one right at the blowers. They are over four feet long. However nothing was offered to me. This place destroyed my car and I guess I have to live with it right! I will never use it again. It's going to cost me over 100 to repair the damages caused.

I’ve never had a problem what so ever and have been through this car wash plenty of times. However, I am aware and understand that i’m not supposed to go through the car wash with items in the back. My problem is how the employee handled it, saying “I don’t care” and saying racist comments to me is unprofessional and insane. The employees also smoke weed while on the job. This is the first time since i’ve started going here that something like that happened to me. If I could I would rate it -1 stars.
