I booked my appt online several days in advance and even called to ensure tires were in stock. At my appt, the manager didn’t seem to know even what tires I had ordered. Thankfully, they were in stock. The estimated price online was about $100 less than what I was charged. I left my car and I was to get called when completed. I received a phone call within five minutes because they couldn’t find my keys. I had given them to the manager. He did call back to say they had been found. I will give them accolades on wait time. They completed the job under an hour. When arriving for pickup, nothing was explained about coming back for free rotation and balance. Not even a simple thank you. It was “we got it ready for you” and told me the price. After receiving my receipt, it was “ok, you’re good to go.” Just courtesy and professionalism would help this location immensely!!
