  Boy let me tell you enterprise in Danville Virginia is so unprofessional and rude. They need to fire everybody in there working. I go to check on my reservation to make sure they will have my rental ready for that day I needed it and they tell me yes we have plenty of time to get your vehicle. So I leave and come back the next week. Now I try to pay for the reservation and the sales rep waves her hand out like do you see any vehicles out here, but all I was doing was tryna pay for my reservation before the day to get everything out the way. She thinking IM tryna get a vehicle that day. Nope ! Then going ask me do I have a major credit card. So now some guy calls me the day before we leave for our trip and gives me a lame story that don’t make sense. The rep says four people made reservations and two of them drop off and then he goes to say 1person is in front of you. So we may not be able to have your vehicle and we will give you a call if we find anything else to accommodate you. I ask for a 15 passenger sprinter van for the amount of people that’s going on the trip. And they going try and put me in a SUV or two many vans no sir that’s going work all yall fired and will never ever come back to Danville Virginia enterprise.

  I have never had a bad experience with the Danville location. Those guys work hard and it’s not easy. I appreciate the staff. A little kindness goes a long way!!!

  I was impressed with the customer service at Enterprise. The guys there went above and beyond to ensure I had a great rental experience. The team was accommodating, efficient, and very helpful from start to finish. The rental provided by them was so amazing I wish I didn’t have to return it lol.

  The Enterprise staff are always polite, courteous, and helpful, making renting a vehicle a simple and easy process. If you need a safe, clean, and reliable vehicle to use temporarily for whatever your current or future needs, I would highly recommend Enterprise.
