Some mysterious 🤔 object severely damaged my brand new car. I had to file a complaint with my insurance company just to get my car $12,700. Because THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME. DON'T SAY PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICES!! BECAUSE ALL OF THAT WAS DONE. Y'ALL JUST COMPLETELY IGNORED ALLLLL PREVIOUS CONTACT BEFORE I HAD TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH MY OWN INSURANCE COMPANY! WHICH I SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAD TO DO. I'M SO UPSET AND DISGUSTED WITH THIS WHOLE SITUATION!! THIS HAPPENED OCTOBER 6TH 2025. AFTER BEING A PAID MEMBER FOR FIVE YEARS. SMFH!! STILL NOTHING. I had to pay $500 after my insurance repaired my car... Seriously do not GO THERE. IF SOMETHING HAPPENS. ALL THEY WILL SAY IS WE ARE NOT LIABLE. YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW.

The site manager is never around when customers actually need to speak with her. Every time there’s an issue, no one can get a straight answer because she’s supposedly “out sick” but it’s become a constant excuse. It really feels like she just doesn’t care about being there or managing the place properly. On top of that, employees are constantly being made to come in earlier than their scheduled shifts, which is completely unfair and unprofessional. And are made to do her job. The lack of communication and accountability from management makes the whole place feel disorganized and frustrating to deal with. This location seriously needs better leadership and someone who actually shows up to do their job. I will never come here again
