  3 Youngman that helped me being that I was from out of the area was professional very sourceful and they explained everything they could for me to understand what they were going to do even drew me a diagram. I was VERY pleased from being to end.

  I called to reschedule the gentleman kept saying I was yelling when I was on speaker asked for a later appointment bc I just got home from a 10hr drive. Tried to give me one 3hrs from 730 a. When it was 735am when I called. Horrible phone ethic..and rude. I'm assuming as he did that he's a mechanic...as he said he has others booked. All I wanted wasba later appointment. Stay in the back turning wrenches. Let the actual front answer calls. And if she's not in dont answer..I'm not going back bc of this. And you charged over 800.00 just for rear brakes!

  I have delt with Mr tire for a while service is great just a little expensive. Other then that they are ok.

  It deserves no stars at all. I was scheduled to get a wheel alignment and they denied me service because I needed an oil change, transmission top up and new windshield wipers. Poor customer would not recommend. Said everything I needed done to my car would be $4,000 something dollars. I took it to someone else for an alignment and they said they couldn’t do the service because something underneath my vehicle was bent. I called Mr. Tire back to ask why didn’t they tell me something was bent underneath my car is the reason why they denied me service. The man replied “my technician did not check underneath your car so we didn’t know.” So they tried to charge me $4000 for services that had nothing to do with getting a wheel alignment and didn’t even know if they could do it because instead of them trying to do the wheel alignment they checked under my hood and pulled my air filter out. They are probably getting over on a lot of people. How did I come for a wheel alignment and get denied because I needed fluids in or topped up on my car. Make that make sense!

  Not only are these people totally incompetent, but they are crooks too. Made an appointment and when i showed up was told to bring it back the next Monday. Took it in for overheating and was told needed a water pump, thermostat, brake pads and rotors, oil change and a new battery for $2250. Told them to stop, and I would pick it up. They had already changed the oil and charged me $105 for an oil change. I took it to an HONEST repair shop and was told water pump, brakes, and battery were fine. Problem was a crack in radiator that Mr Tire never saw. Mr Tire wanted $1250 just for water pump and thermostat. HONEST shop only charged $800 for a new radiator and thermostat. WARNING, stay away from Mr Tire unless you want to get screwed and still not get your car fixed.
