Then came the "it will be Monday" response after having to call again. On Monday they were unable to finish the work and it would be "Tomorrow by noon". We called at noon since there have been no calls from them to be told, "we found a spot missed and need to buff it out, it will be ready at 2. 'we'll call you". Poor expectations were set, follow up and follow through was ignored and the excuses were laughable. Do better!
