  Went in on a snow day , screw in tire. They pulled it out and announced it was so small did not puncture tire. Honest folks because I was ready to purchase a tire if it couldn’t be fixed. So happy that from here on out they will be my go to for tires! Great Service Rebecca Lewis aka One Happy Customer!

  Goodyear was a life saver! I hit a curb trying to miss a pothole and Mt Cross Goodyear came right to the rescue in my panic! They left went to the other store picked my tire up and had it on and I was out within a hour! Definitely recommend Goodyear for your tire needs!!! Chris was so professional and went straight to work on my needs. Had a wonderful experience yesterday.

  We have purchased new tires and have had oil changes, alignments and wheel balances done there several times in the past. Recently, our 2013 F150 had a leaking radiator and water pump. It also needed a new wheel bearing , control arm ball joint and thermostat. We scheduled the work with Goodyear Auto as we were able to get an appointment booked before the holidays. Goodyear completed all of the work within a week or so however, when we got the vehicle home, I noticed it was leaking coolant. I called Goodyear to tell them that the newly installed water pump was leaking. They had me bring the truck back in and they fixed the leaking water pump at no charge as a warranty repair. That work did take a couple days to complete and I did play phone tag a few times looking for updates on our truck. Overall, this Goodyear Auto Service is a good shop and the service managers were very nice. We will use them again if needed. I would rate them a 4.5
