Stacy made sure everything was handled quickly and kept me updated throughout the process. The shop team instead was able to get it fixed the same day. Robert was incredibly helpful answering all my questions. My only suggestion: double-check tire pressures — mine were off when I left. Other than that, a fantastic experience and I would definitely return!
- DMDavid MowrerNov 12, 20251.0I arrived at 10:55am as a walk in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told that it would be about a 45 min wait as there were others ahead of me and said that would be fine. My truck finally made it to a lift at 11:40am. While the truck was on the lift took over an hour to do an oil change and a tire rotation. My truck was pulled back out to the lot around 12:45pm and no one ever came to get me from the waiting area. I ended up waiting for around 10 minuntes thinking that they were still working on paperwork. Finally approached the desk where the 2 employees were siting at their computers and sure enough paperwork was right there beside them and neither of them had noticed. I waited for over 2 hours at this place. After leaving I noticed that the oil service idicator had not been reset in the truck and no new sticker for next oil change. I will not be returning to this place because service was terrible.
