  I was impressed with the customer service at Enterprise. The guys there went above and beyond to ensure I had a great rental experience. The team was accommodating, efficient, and very helpful from start to finish. The rental provided by them was so amazing I wish I didn’t have to return it lol.

  The Enterprise staff are always polite, courteous, and helpful, making renting a vehicle a simple and easy process. If you need a safe, clean, and reliable vehicle to use temporarily for whatever your current or future needs, I would highly recommend Enterprise.

  I like Enterprise but their business skills for those that work there needs some help. No communication with your customers at all. If you have a rental set up by insurance and you are not there, someone should have given you a call to see if you were coming or not before they release that vehicle. Insurances usually do the day before your drop off and I told them to change it until the day I dropped it off. So they released my vehicle to someone else. Now saying they have no vehicles. Come on now. Someone should have called first!!! Communication is key in this business and it's not like you all are doing a lot. You are on the phones anyway what is one more call or two. For customer satisfaction and for better ratings for yourself. This not having cars for reservations needs communication before people get dropped off with no vehicle to be picked up. No one has time for that. Life be life-in.

  Our past experience with Enterprise has been with mixed details; usually the rental is not clean (windows inside and out, carpets not vacuumed, just plain dirty from prior rentals. This time we filled up the rental after getting it at 1/2 tank and no refund of the gas (rental was only driven about 70 miles) which was almost 1/2 tank.
