- MHMissy HardenOct 23, 20251.0I rented 2 vehicles back in May of 2025.The first one was a 2025 my son who was here during training for the military at VIR misplaced key fob.So I had it towed to Raleigh NC and paid for a new key fob.Went the next day rented another vehicle and my credit card was swiped 2 times for over $500 and some change. I made a complaint about charging me 2 times.I only received 150 dollars back from the return of the 2025. I have gone by Enterprise a few times only to be told it is not they can do for me. I have even called the 1-800 number nothing has been done to compensate me.So I am writing this review in hope that someone will reply to my post.If I don't hear anything within a week from 10/23/25. I will be posting this on all social media platforms.

They did not call me or email me to let me know, I had to find out the day of. I am not from Danville nor did I have any other source of transportation. I will never rent from enterprise again and im letting my company know of this so we can cancel our corporate account.

I get there, and they say there is no cars available. Cars on the lot but can’t be rented because they are due for maintenance. I was stranded but the manager had no help except to give me a card to call corporate. After talking to corporate, they said they would put in an incident and a regional manager would call. During this time the location closed and the door was locked. Still haven’t received a call.
