  Let's start with that the customer service sucks I downloaded the app to set up reservations but the suv i chose thats not what I received or even similar i specifically wanted that suv because i have two car seats im 2 months pregnant and my fiancé is tall so we needed room especially for our luggages since were be traveling 7hours when me and my fiancé arrived the employee was nasty I requested for 3 days I asked the total amount so my fiancé can put the exact on my bank card and the employee that was there I guessed it was his last day he going tell the guy he can't hold that vehicle he gotta give it to someone else I said excuse me the bank it across the street and im standing here holding our spot he was very nasty the cost for the 3day was $182 plus $300 deposit which is $482 which i signed and agreed I returned the car on our 3rd day around 7:30pm an hour 30mins after closing and put the key in the dropped box and left the next morning the receipt was emailed to me saying a different receipt at the amount of $220 for 3 days and saying I brought the car back at 8:38am which is false and saying that I have balance of $234 that's owe no maybe for being over 1hr30mins but not an extra day so I couldn't go to the location because they closed at 12pm on Saturday and Sunday they're closed so me and my fiancé will be there Monday before closing because this is unacceptable! But after me and my Fiancé showed up on Monday evening Darryl was able to fixed the situation and refunded my money back to my card so if you ever decide to rent from Enterprise make sure Darryl is there to assist you so you won't be disappointed!!!

  Great personalities throughout the office. Every time I go in I get greeted with dignity. My only issue and now is really a big thing. The previous to last visit there was an issue with car damage (making it unsafe to drive) on the car that should have been found before I got there. That's ok they gave me an suv . The next time I go, they tell me they dont have luxury cars(my reservation from 2+ weeks prior). So they give me a lower class car and charge me the same? Ok, time for a new rental company. I know things can happen and opportunities can change, but there was no reparation or fix on their part? When looking online at other reviews, I see that Enterprise does the old bait and switch regularly. Im not ok with that.

  Great experience working with Enterprise Rent-A-Car of Danville. When you are without your vehicle, it can be difficult, but they made it very simple. I would definitely return to Enterprise

  It was a pleasure dealing with people that listened and didn't charge for every add-on when it's not needed.. If I ever need another rental I will definitely choose Enterprise

  I had a reservation on Tuesday Dec2 for a rental. I called on Dec 3 @ 9AM for reservation confirmation, I was given 5:30 PM. I left work early to arrive. In route I called and I was told I wont have a car ready till Friday Dec 5 @ 2PM. I am sorry this is poor customer service, someone should have called me if the car was not returned, also this is holiday season and deer season. There should be more car available . Do better !
