- AGAntonio GarciaJan 5, 20265.0Coming from northern Virginia I stopped at the autozone since it was the closest one to me as I was driving down. I was approached by a very nice lady who asked if I needed any help and told her that my battery light had came on while I was driving down and that I was nervous to continue driving it but told me she would get her worker to run a test on it and he went outside in the cold tested it for me and told me I just needed a new battery and that my alternator was fine. Turns out the nice lady was actually the store manager named Marciela and the worker was named Yahir. Two knowledge people who actually know what there talking about, Marciela recommended me a platinum battery that had a 5 year warranty on it and had Yahir install it for me outside. Even in the cold he had finished it fast and soon as I turned on the car the light went away. From out of town this experience was amazing and I feel like this is the way people should be treated at any part store since me myself don’t know much about it vehicles I just drive them. I will recommend this place heavily even if I’m from out of town and most definitely recommend Marciela and Yahir

Warning I urge you to call and have them pull the part before you waste your time going to that location. Jay is very incompetent and never take accountability for his mistakes. I would never go to that location again to do business.
