It’s hard enough getting into a life-threatening car accident and having a totaled car then to be made to feel like your questions about a car drop off Procedures are dumb or insignificant. Not everyone in their lifetime has had to deal with renting a car. Even after that I encounter, I still thanked her for all the information she gave and she just hung up the phone.
