  I had a screw in my tire which I discovered on Sunday night. I made an appointment or 8AM. When I went into the shop, Luis greeted me with a kind smile and a good morning. I explained to him what happened and asked about how long it would take to see if I needed to get a ride to work. He told me probably about 30 to 45 minutes. I was like ok I need to be at work by 8:30 let me see if I can be late. Long story short, NTB took the screw out, made sure it didn’t puncture my tire and had me on my way and at work in time! I will continue to use them for all of my tire needs!

  This location is honestly the best. from the guys that work there to the work done every time in my vehicle. very welcoming and kind. it’s a great team they have here in culpeper!

  5 stars!! They really saved the day today. My car had been making a scraping noise and I didn’t know why, turns out it was my back brake pads and rotors. They were worse than I even ever realized, these guys were quick to help and get my car in right away, and literally just in time as the car locked up when pulled into the garage 😅 Sean really was so helpful and informative, explaining things to me and also was very honest about all of the pricing. I always am nervous about the cost when it comes to getting my car fixed but I actually was thankful how upfront and honest he was about what exactly needed done, and what didn’t. I feel like I paid a fair price especially considering I was a walk in, with no parts and no appointment lol the brakes have been great so far and it didn’t take very long at all for them to get it done. I’ll definitely be back next time I ever need something done to my car 😊 Thank you so much for doing such a great job!!

  The manager Luis, is an amazing guy, he greeted me as I walked through the door broke down pricing for me. He was very patient with me as I am not a mechanical person and answered all my questions! And his team are awesome, very friendly, worked diligently to make sure my car drove and operated perfectly

  Do not trust these people to even put tires on I paid them to put tires on a car they put the directional tires on inside out there for wore them out prematurely then when I took it back for a inspection and oil change keep in mind these tires only had about 10k miles on them they told me they were worn out and wanted to sell me new ones I then discovered they installed them incorrectly and I reached out to let them make there mistake right told me they would replace them but then when I showed up for my appointment they wanted to charge me for said tires LIKE I SAID ABOVE PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
