    I've come to NTB twice since moving to Culpeper, both times the staff were exceedingly kind and helpful. I really appreciate being able to schedule an appointment online and they're great about calling to let me know if they're busy and about how long I can expect the service to take before coming in. The prices have been fair and reasonable each time also!

    Customer for 12 years & as always excellent service! I needed windshield washer fluid filled. Jeremy saw me immediately & filled it! I did not have to wait a single minute. PROMPT SERVICE. TY!

    Came in with a screw in my tire. They were obviously very busy and told me that they’d get me taken care of but it may take a while. Well about 20 mins later I was all done. They didn’t have to sneak me in but I truly appreciate how they looked out for me even with me coming in late in the day. Whenever I’m in the area and need anything with my truck I will be taking it to them.
