  I don’t normally review things like this, but everyone there is so nice and so kind and I’ve rented cars from them about three or four times and every single time it’s just so easy and simple and I’m very grateful to them

  The car (outside) could've used a wash. The inside was fairly clean except the area between seats and door (called rocker panel maybe?) layer of dirt so I doubt been wiped down in awhile. Seats had areas on them that either needed to be cleaned, or are stained and can't be. I had to wipe down the steering wheel (came across something sticky) the computer screen (when sunlight hit it certain way I saw all the fingeprints/smudge marks). After that I just did a quick once over of everything else. Idk who was in this vehicle before me, of if they possess good hand washing skills lol. But your vehicles should be cleaned/sanitized inside between every customer, especially the areas people touch alot, good way to spread germs otherwise. The overall customer service however, with checking in & out, was excellent. Every employee I had contact with was super nice. I was in and out pretty quickly. Rates are fairly reasonable. My biggest issue really though is that I would liked to have kept car for another day (I rented from Thursday to Friday). However this branch has no weekend hours at all, or any kind of after hours drop off service. So if need a rental then, your either s.o.l, or your forced to keep, and pay for until Monday.

  very satisfied, austin is wonderful, so knowledgeable, professional and fast i was in and out in no time. everyone at this location ( culpeper brandy station) was friendly!! if you are looking to rent a car this is you spot!!! you will be highly satisfied!!!

  The gentlemen at the Culpeper, Va. location provided excellent service and were very knowledgeable. They provided me with options which better suited my needs. They are a great asset to the Enterprise experience, thank you gentlemen

  Austin and Cedric were incredibly helpful, professional and accomodating. Great communication, very customer service focused. Helped me spend time in the snowstorm with a loved one at a great price and took excellent care of me, highly recommend. Accomodated my work schedule, went above and beyond.
