Chris, “Scooter,” was so helpful with my turn signal. He installed it and also taught me how to fix it in the future! He was kind and respectful! Definitely going to ask for him on my next visit!

I’ve had very mixed experiences at this AutoZone. The staff is never rude or unprofessional, but a few of them don't seem to know much about how their policies. There was one employee (whose name I unfortunately forgot)who was fantastic. He helped me replace my car battery, explained the differences between the brands AZ offered, and even took an acid-lead battery from my son’s electric ride-on toy for recycling. I haven’t seen him there in quite a while. A few weeks back, however, I tried bringing in a couple more small acid-lead batteries from an old UPS unit, and I was told they don’t accept them. I explained that I had recycled a slightly larger one here before, but they insisted the smallest battery they take is a lawn-mower-sized one. I drove down to Advance Auto Parts instead, and they took them without hesitation. Being that a battery of the same size was accepted before, I'm left confused as to why these batteries were denied this time. I'll probably continue coming here for their DuraLast brand, which has been a good brand for me for years, but I've found better prices for a lot of the same parts at Walmart.

May 2024 listened to advice of associate at the local AutoZone in Culpeper Virginia Regarding battery selection for a jet ski. Apparently I was sold a bad battery. I am not a mechanical person, but tried unsuccessfully to get this battery to work in an older model Jetski. The jet ski sat all of 2024 because I could not figure out the issue as I’m not a mechanical person. Had someone look at it this summer And was told the battery was not working properly- have not had a chance to go by the AutoZone until today as I’m not in that area often and the manager was pleasant, but said there was nothing she could do to help because of when the product was purchased, which I understand however, once tested, the battery was shown to be a faulty battery with faulty components and would not hold a charge . The manager stated because of the timeframe there was nothing she could do. To me it feels like this battery should be sent back to the manufacturer as this is the reason I was not able to get the jet ski working in the first place. When you buy a product from a store that specializes instead products you expect that you’re getting a quality product and that you’re being given the best advice possible by people trained to sell this type of product. Super disappointing would Not shop at this AutoZone again as there are plenty of other auto parts stores to shop with

Called yesterday to see if they had some parts in stock for my focus. Brandon is who I spoke with on the phone and he was great! He was knowledgeable and I’ll definitely be coming to this auto zone from now on.
