- DSDave SoskinMar 14, 20262.0Pumps are slow, wouldn't take google wallet tap to pay. Had to try to manually get a card tap to work 4 times. Was not gonna insert my card into that shady card reader, see picture. If your in a hurry and dont want to deal with shady card readers, do yourself a favor and hit the nearby Wawa.

Just a employee with attitude during overnight shift who only focused on speaking to a old fella and on her phone despite hearing the machine needed assistance. The other employee was a gentleman and kind however in assisting.
- NYNyesha YoungFeb 26, 20265.0I wasn’t expecting to find parking after making a reservation because I wouldn’t make it there before 10pm, But a guy named Jackson made sure that I was parked within 5 min of arriving and notifying an attendant that all the spots were filled. I was very appreciative because I was so tired and the further up North I went I knew I’d run into the same problem of no parking and getting very little help from other pilot employees. Thanks Jackson.
- SSS SFeb 16, 20261.0I am submitting a formal complaint regarding your “Prime Parking” reservation system. I reserved and paid for a parking space online in advance. Upon arrival around midnight, there were no available spaces, and multiple other drivers with valid reservations were also forced to leave due to lack of parking. Your staff was unhelpful and unprofessional, refused to honor the paid reservations, and provided no solution. Instead, we were told we could be ticketed or towed if we attempted to park elsewhere, which only added to the situation. As a result, I was forced to continue driving for another 2 hours late at night while extremely fatigued, creating a serious safety risk. Charging drivers for guaranteed parking that is not actually available is unacceptable. I request a full refund immediately for the service that was not provided and urge your company to address this issue to prevent further risk to professional drivers.
