  OMG! Any service needed on ur vehicle, bring it to NTB and ask for KOREY!!!! He was very knowledgeable, AMAZING customer service and didn’t work on anything until speaking with me first and was very transparent! Will be bringing ALL the family vehicles here! A1 service and price

  Korey at NTB provided great customer service. He was very professional, helpful, and made sure everything was explained clearly. He made the whole experience quick and easy. I definitely recommend asking for Korey if you visit NTB!

  2nd time coming and once again, it never failed to get some great customer service. I was greeted by Korey. Great person and very professional. Willie worked on my vehicle and made sure everything was perfect

  Corey was great even from the beginning when he called to confirm my appointment. Also, I scheduled for an alignment and putting on 2 new tires but was informed that I did not need one. Thank you for saving me money. Another company could have easily proceeded just to charge me. Thanks again!

  3.2.26 - I am EXTREMELY pleased with the level of service I received today. Everyone on staff made sure I understood what was going on, explained to me what was happening and why. They answered every question I had, even when I asked the same question. They helped me make informed decisions on what was absolutely necessary to get done to make sure that my car was safe. They kept me informed the entire process and they were able to accommodate my need to be out by a certain time to pick up my daughter. They were overall great company for a very long unexpected day. I couldn’t have had a better experience!!!! 10 out of 10 would ABSOLUTELY recommend!!!!
