I drove to car to Connecticut and back and I noticed a puddle of oil in my driveway when I got back so I called them up they told me bring the car in there was oil all over the cover plate so I took the car and they said that they clean underneath and replace the oil filter. I went to drive the car home and the car was making a noise. It was getting late so I decided I would address it in the morning while my wife had to use the car to go to work and she said the car was making a terrible noise underneath so I called them up. They told me to bring the car in and they would look at it I could tell that the cover plate was loose and dragging the ground when my wife got home and I looked at the car I could see that the cover plate had been drugged on the ground and they told me how do I know it was not already like that I have never had any trouble with the car up until I took it to them very unprofessional. I will never take another vehicle back to them ever again I’m done.

This time they said the vacuum was broken. I had just laid out over $200 and they still can’t vacuum the car. The manager could not care less. I’ll go to the one in Chester where they aren’t as inconvenienced by my business.

- JJJayDec 10, 20253.0After visiting the Boulevard Jiffy Lube location this AM I was disappointed in the attention the staff paid to servicing the vehicle as they’d hope someone would service their car if they were the paying customer. In times past, almost always Jiffy Lube has placed a mileage service reminder sticker on the front window & reset the oil life tracker on the vehicle. There were 4 men there working and conversing with each other while doing the oil change this AM. I was the only vehicle being serviced at the location while I was there and had to make two trips to the shop because staff “forgot” to reset the oil life tracker on the vehicle & handed me the reminder sticker to me as I was leaving the shop to put on myself because the other staff “forgot” to get the mileage sticker to put on the window themselves. These are things I have 100% ability to do on my own (even though I made the second trip to the store because I didn’t know how easy it is to reset the oil life tracker on the vehicle). However, as the only person being serviced I feel like the staff had a sub-par level of intention to do the job as best they could. To be the only customer being serviced & have them “forget” things like that seems more like laziness or intention to not do the job right more so than actually forgetting. I wonder if I was a White man or woman if race would have affected what the staff did or did not remember to do in servicing the vehicle.
