  I had the opportunity to utilize Auto tech for an AC issue on my Subaru Crosstrek. Mike in the front was able to get me scheduled and when I went in a few days later he remembered my name the min I opened the door. To me that speaks wonders to the customer service! They were able solve my problem and had me on my way with clear communication on the issue I came in for along with notifying me of some minor issues I had(wiper blades, bulbs). The team Eric is building at Auto tech’s new location is standing out compared to others. Are you looking for great customer service and clear communication for your auto repairs? Auto Tech in collinsville is the place to go!

  These guys are really good. They fixed my old Mini Cooper right up and didn't charge an arm and a leg. They gave me a good referral to get my ragtop repaired. And for any other women, the shop is clean and female friendly. I never felt that out of place feeling I've had in a few other shops. I highly recommend Auto Tech.

  I took my car to auto tech to have the air conditioning fixed, get it inspected and to fix my windshield washer system. During this process called to let me know that the serpentine belt was in pretty bad shape. My car is a 2005 so I wasn’t surprised.they fixed everything including replacing the belt all in a day and a half. Everyone was so knowledgeable and polite. They explained everything to me so that I could understand. I know nothing about cars so that was very helpful. I would recommend auto tech to everyone. The prices are fair and the service is excellent
