Oh and by the way Pilot/Flying J does NOT have the BEST coffee on the Interstate - the coffee is always Bitter - meaning they purchase low quality coffee beans!! The BEST COFFEE on the interstate is QT (Quik Trip) - their coffee alone is superb compared to this BS & they actually have Real Creamer ( 2 ingredients - cream/milk) not the garbage Pilot Travel Centers offer which is Soybean Oil with a Milk Derivative - YUCK !! And last but not least at the QTs a large coffee ONLY cost $3.00 flat !! Large not small …

I asked the employee if parking was free—he said no, then turned around and asked another employee the same question, who also said no. After that, he asked if I had an account. I said no, so he started creating one. He asked for my name, truck number, company name, and email. While I was answering, he kept asking me to spell every single thing, including the name Jesus, It felt unnecessary and disrespectful. After collecting all that information and wasting my time, he finally told me that I needed a rewards card just to pay or park. This should have been said from the beginning. Very unprofessional, confusing process, and poor customer service. never going to a flying J even if i have to sleep inside of a weight station or in the side of the highway. TA travel Center Love Even Walmart that isn’t a truck stop is better them than.
