Yesterday I couldn’t park for almost an hour because the traffic was completely blocked, other drivers were stuck trying to back into spots and no one could get through. The layout really needs to be improved. On the positive side, the staff is friendly and the store and restrooms are clean. For now, though, I’ll be avoiding this Pilot to save my time.

- TTToryNov 8, 20253.0Could use more than one dump station as there's none for a good distance on 81. Got here on a sat at 11 and there were 5 rvs using the dump area. Its nice they do offer that service but it may be a wait due to having only 1 dump station. I was disappointed when I went in to get some cinnabon that they did not have any fresh product for sale. They had a few boxes of cold Cinnabons on a shelf but the cinnabon store glass case was empty. They were currently making some but seems odd that on a Saturday late morning that the glass case hasn't been filled yet.

- CDcharles daughertyOct 26, 20252.0BEWARE!!! October 25 2025. NO WATER AVAILABLE AT THE RV PUMP-OUT STATION. I travel with a Class A RV. I called the day before to confirm that the RV pump out station was operational. I was advised that there were 2 islands with pump out service and they were operational. That was incorrect information. There is only 1 pump out station. The discharge hook up is operational for $10 US. There is no fresh water available. The spigot handle is broken off at the pump out island and the adjoining island. (There is a 3rd spigot available on the island with an operating valve/spigot, however, there is no water at the spigot). I queried the manager about turning on the water and he was absolutely not helpful.
