  I was towed in with 2 flat tires from hitting a curb in a parking lot. I'm from Richmond and the AAA tow truck driver recommended Mr Tire. The manager on the phone was very efficient in verifying my tires were in stock. The young guy at the desk when I got there was very efficient and explained everything. I was completely impressed with their efficiency. My car got right in when it arrived. They also checked the other 2 tires and rotated them all. The tire replacement was very fast and we were on our way. Thank you, Mr Tire.

  Had a bad bubble on my driver side front tire 1/3 of the way on a road trip to Atlanta. They took care of me and went above and beyond! I avoided a catastrophic blow out - Thanks!!

  I can’t say enough good things about Mr. Tire in CHRISTIANSBURG, VA. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like more than just a customer—you’re treated like family. A big part of that is Jacob, the manager. He has a genuine way of connecting with people that instantly puts you at ease. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, never makes you feel rushed, and truly cares about making sure you’re comfortable with the service your car is receiving. You can tell that he and the other employees take pride in their work and treat every vehicle as if it were their own. There’s a level of honesty, attention to detail, and care at Mr. Tire that’s hard to find these days. It’s rare to find a place you completely trust with your car and especially your child’s car, but this is it!! Thanks to Jacob and his team, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

  Me. Tire in Christiansburg has never failed to help me out whether it’s within their means or not. Jacob and his team go above and beyond to make sure you and your girls are taken care of. Anyone especially my girlie pops I send to right to jacob!!! Love Jacob and love his team!

  I was there for an oil change. Two hours later...I had one. The tech didn't even rotate my tires... something about because they were balanced and showed no wear. Two hours later...is ridiculous!! I have used the same place for 17 years. It is getting to the point that I feel silly waiting on an oil change for two hours. Too bad they don't feel silly making me wait that long.... it's just too bad.
