  Jerry is the man. He took on a challenging repair that two other mechanics messed up. He actually worked within my budget with the repairs that he did. He made sure to apply the website discounts and he did a fantastic inspection of my vehicle. Jerry called me multiple times about the job, which was done on time. Because my caliper was still under warranty, he allowed me to provide the part myself, which basically is extremely cool of him. My car was broke down for a year and now it's back on the road for under $1k. Can't complain about that.

  My car had a burning smell coming from the engine and Jerry took my car back in great time and was able to point out what was going on. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to show me what he found and explain it to me. I really appreciate that as it reassured me that the issue wasn't as bad as I thought it was.

  I had my rear brakes replaced today and I am so impressed with how kind and understanding the crew here is. Excellent customer service, explaining to me the process, as well as the work was completed quicker than anticipated. I cannot say enough good for this shop as I was quoted a price for my brakes that was 1/2 the price that I was I was given from my mechanic.

  I am very happy with my experience with National Tire and Battery. I bought new tires for my KIA Telluride at NTB. I thought I had gotten the road hazard coverage for the tires at the time I purchased them. I bought them at the NTB in Vienna, WV about two years ago. My wife had a flat in Coal Grove, OH about 3 weeks ago. After we changed the tire, we drove to the NTB at the Huntington Mall in Barboursville, WV and they repaired the tire at no charge. On our way home from Apex, NC to Parkesburg, WV Friday December 12th we had another flat on Nye Road in Wytheville, VA. Got on the smart phone and found that the closest NTB was in Christiansburg, VA about 50 miles east on I-81. After getting the spare tire on we headed to Christiansburg and found the NTB was still open. They got the flat tire out of the back of my car, and had it repaired before the service rep had time to complete the paperwork (he had another customer ahead of me). Upon completing the paperwork, the service rep informed me that they had to charge me for the repair due to them not finding road hazard coverage on my record in their computer. I told them that I thought I had purchased coverage when I bought the tires and that is why I drove an hour out of my way to get the tire repaired. I could have gone to a Walmart or something in Wytheville. They went ahead and told me that they would cover the cost, and I would not have to pay. I was grateful for their kindness and the professional way I was taken care of. I have been treated very well at the three NTB’s mentioned above and can recommend them for auto service.
