  We buy all of our tires from this location. I had a screw in my tire and it was repaired immediately. Jerry was extremely helpful throughout the process. The staff are very nice and go above and beyond for the customer.

  I bought tires in January, and just found out after 2 rebalances for vibration, that the tires are over 3 years old. They have been sitting in a warehouse, probably degrading for that time. Also when I went to them for a rebalance, they blamed my rotors and drive train, which I have confirmed with a mechanic is not the issue. The staff was friendly, but that does not help the fact they sold me sub par tires

  Jerry is the new manager since summer of 2025. He has revolutionized the customer service approach and outcomes, and his new team has vastly improved the value of services provided. The NTB team goes the extra mile. I have had several sets of tires installed by them, as well as alignments and brake service performed - all has gone very well.

  I had an absolutely outstanding experience at **NTB Tire & Service Centers**! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the entire team. Jerry, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needed without any pressure. It’s rare to find a manager who is both efficient and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction the way Jerry does. Adrian, the technician, did a fantastic job working on my vehicle. Her attention to detail and expertise were obvious, and my car is running better than ever. You can tell she takes pride in her work and wants to make sure everything is done right the first time. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. I truly appreciate the honesty, quality service, and excellent customer care I received. I will absolutely be returning for future maintenance and recommending NTB to friends and family. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I noticed the brakes on my Jeep were getting VERY mushy, so I searched for what was near me (Christiansburg). This place came up with a brake promo code so I scheduled it online without much thought and drove over a bit later. I was not ready for the amazing service. Michael and Adrianne killed it. Michael had already called me apologizing for their system allowing double-booking online, asking what other times work best for me (sorry for missing the call). They were able to get me in regardless, but what impressed me was how quick they offered to have a look at the vehicle to get a sense of my (poorly described) issue. Michael jumped in, pumped the brakes and Adrianne spotted a leak underneath immediately. They were on the pavement confirming the issue before I could even warn them of the puddle (suppose we have different priorities haha). They had Jerry look at it the next day, and found the parts. It was done super fast! I’m glad they were the ones to come up on my google search. They’re going to be my first choice when it comes to brakes and tires from now on. Also thanks to Justin for doing the work. I didn’t get a chance to meet him, but if he’s anything like Adrianne and Michael then he’s cool as hell. Cheers, y’all!
