I got towed to this shop and less than a couple hours later I was safely back on the road! (Obviously more cautious of deer! 😅😬) Jerry was awesome at getting me all set up and explaining everything needed. Plus I got an awesome deal on an oil change while I was there! Awesome shop, super clean and friendly, enthusiastic newer staff, overall a great vibe. They've definitely got a loyal customer with me now!

On a whim, I dropped by NTB to see if they could help remount my tire. Not only did they take it right in and fix it immediately—they did it for free! The NTB team went way above and beyond anything I could have expected. Friendly, professional, and just plain AWESOME. From now on, I’m buying all of my tires from these guys. Highly recommended!

I stopped and Jerry waited on me. He was very friendly and checked my tire pressure and sensors and told me the sensor battery was low, but it wouldn't cause any harm if I drove it on my trip and replaced it when I returned. I was very grateful for his kind and courteous service. I would highly recommend NTB.
