They even put my hub cap back on that was in the trunk without me asking. So sweet. The girl at the front desk is the sweetest receptionist. Very helpful!! The manager Jacob worked with me and dug in a pile of tires trying to find me cheaper ones. Great place to go! They are so kind!!

He was able to take my sister and I as walk-ins and got us in and out as fast as possible. Along with replacing the bolt we came in for, he also checked over the other ones, checked our fluids and had a tech drive the car around to be super sure everything was running smoothly before we returned to the highway. We greatly appreciate the time and effort he put in! If youre in a pinch - THIS is the shop to go to!

They took us in right away and were so kind and empathetic. They made us feel so at ease and reassured that things would be OK. Not only did they replace the bolt, they checked every other one, along with our fluids and drove it around the block to be sure it sounded good. We appreciate the service here and again, HIGHLY recommend.

I couldn’t get it at 4:00 so I offered to pick it up Sunday morning. Was told to come anytime after 9:00 AM. Arrived at 10:30 and was told they just started working on it and it would be 1.5 hours!!! So with a scheduled appointment it isn’t ready + 24 hours later!!!! Horrible horrible customer care! I’ve contacted corporate and will raise hell! Don’t go here!
