  Had slow leak in a tire. Service Manager noticed I had road hazard on the tire and said he’d have it back quickly. Received phone call update stating puncture could be patched for $0 cost. Total time in the shop 2.5 hours. Very satisfied with the work and the repair, I could have been told I needed a new tire but they were honest and said it could be patched.

  Dequan was amazing , he was very knowledgeable in tires and very patient working with me . The promptness of answering all questions and his customer service was A1 service . I would highly recommend and only come back to see Dequan for all services !

  Booked an appointment online and took my car in for a tire patch. They were able to find out my tires were not able to be patched. They explained to me why with great customer service. Very great place to take your car too

  I had a great experience at National Tire and Battery in Chesterfield today. I called this morning hoping to get a same-day appointment, and they were able to accommodate me, which was super helpful. Alex assisted me when I first came in and was very friendly and informative. During checkout, the store manager Osean also helped me and took the time to explain everything clearly. Everyone I interacted with was kind, patient, and professional. Even another team member (I believe his name was Jaquan or Daquan) stopped by to check on me while I was looking at my car and asked if everything was okay, which I really appreciated. I ended up getting four brand new tires and an alignment, and my car is driving wonderfully. Overall it was a smooth, positive experience and I left very happy. Thank you to the team — I’ll definitely be a returning customer!

  . Dequan O. was excellent. I didn’t even get to turn my car OFF before I noticed him coming out! Greeted with me with a smile. Answered ALL questions in a kind and professional manner. I loved the service overall. Office is cozy & not hostile!! I felt like no bother waiting & communication was GREAT! I read the other reviews and his name KEPT popping up with GREAT COMMENTS so I felt like I could really trust this location because of the consistently and DEQUAN did NOT disappoint! Amazing Experience & Worth The 25 Minute Drive For Good Service!! Will Be Coming Back Next Week For Additional Work!!
