  I had a nail in my tire and was hoping it could be plugged. Unfortunately, the damage was too severe and I had to replace the tire. The kind folks at NTB did not charge me for the diagnosis even though I didn’t purchase the tire from them. Great customer service!

  Been getting automative work here for 15 years. They have always done excellent work, and never over charge me for anything ever!!!! Best in Chesterfield, Va.

  I've gone to a lot of auto repair shops, and I don't recall any of them giving me the great service that I received at NTB in Chesterfield Meadows. I took my car there for an oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately, they were not able to get the lug nuts off my wheels. They assured me that they would take care of the problem and continually kept me informed during the process due to my inconvenience. Although a simple wheel rotation turned into something much bigger, I never felt inconvenienced or upset with their service. The manager, Dsean, and 2 of her technicians were very professional and courteous. Under the circumstances, I don't think I could have asked for a better crew or service. They definitely let me know that the happiness of their customers is what's most important.

  I've gone here twice for maintenance /service and I've been very pleased with my experience both times. Everyone at the ironbridge location have been nice, professional, they take good care of me. They don't try to push extra costs on me, they only recommend what I absolutely need. The lady that works at the front has VERY great customer service skills. I'll likely be sticking with them longterm for all my vehicle needs.

  This location is better than some other NTB's I've been too, but I have been disappointed with what seems like NTB's steady decline in services. It started at the Fredericksburg location for me, waiting hours for oil changes and other routine maintenance services that should never take so long. There have been times where I could have been the only one there and had to wait for extended periods of time without explanation. It has often made me wonder if it's because I'm a woman with less knowledge about cars and they think they can take advantage of me. It's sad really. As I said, I have noticed that this particular location has better wait times and prompter service, so I'm not saying don't go here. I just want to make my voice be heard to corporate that if NTB continues to decline in services, and the wait time continues to go up, it may mean that I will quit coming here all together. It truly seems like it is a corporate issue and something really needs to change because I don't believe I'm the only customer with this issue. I do appreciate employees who have better customer service so I'm not pinning this on any one person, but unfortunately I have found that it is not always the case for there to be friendliness or a welcoming attitude towards customers. NTB, please don't de-value customers' time! I ask instead that the corporate headquarters at NTB make it a top priority to serve customers in a timely manner!! Thank you.
