Once I arrived, while sitting in line, I again verified that my battery was in stock. After waiting one hour, receiving and paying for an oil change... im told they DO NOT have my battery in stock and that I would need to drive to the Chester location. My car would not start so they had to jump me. After arriving to the Chester location, there were 3 young boys who had no idea how to install the battery. I waiting at this location for over an hour, I had to get out of the vehicle and see what the problem was... they were trying to install the battery backwards. Having my oil changed and a new battery installed took 2.5 hours, I was late to pick up my kids from school and paid almost $400 for these services. NEVER AGAIN.
