  My experience was more than ten minutes. A matter of fact more than 20 minutes. Meanwhile, I really thought this guy thought I had stupid written on the top of my forehead, because he said to me that it would be two-hundreds plus for an oil change. Think 🤔 on that?

  This was the BEST WAY TO START MY 2026 NEW YEARS! The staff was very professional and I must admit I was headed to another oil place I use to deal with, but GOD led me here and he’s never failed me before and I must admit THIS IS MY NEW OIL CHANGE PLACE! Very reasonable price and they have so much respect for the military and those who have served. I will definitely start bringing my 4 cars to them and if you want GREAT CUSTOMERS SERVICE you will start your new years off right with this company! They definitely know are knowledgeable of their job and I trust them with my cars. 😁

  The service here is phenomenal. The guys really take the philosophy of car care seriously and it shows. BUT the corporate office doesn't care about them and it shows, I remember last year all winter the heater was broken, this year. Same thing. At least get them space heaters, they’re making you profit while you sit in warm offices and to make matters worse the bags create wind tunnels effectively creating a freezer for them to work in. If I was any single one of them I’d take my employment down the street to Valvoline. You don’t pay them enough to freeze. I think all of us need to collectively stop giving our money to this business until they take care of the people REALLY running it. Do better, take care of the people that are in reality paying your paycheck, My family, My self, my friends and my work trucks will not be returning until the techs are taken care of, I’d rather spend more money down the street than support taking advantage of good kids.

  Pulled up to the shop and waited for someone to assist me or greet me. After 5 minutes of neither happening I drove away. I understand that one worker was attending another customer, but the other worker was only hosing the floor. They could have said something like "be right with you ", but they did nothing to acknowledge my presence. I will not be going back.

  great folks! went in for an oil change knowing it was 50 other things that i need done. turns out it was closer to 50leven things needed 😂 they were super thorough even though it was insanely fast. offered a few discounts here and there which were super appreciated around the holidays (my pockets are screaming for mercy) and all of this excellent service even though they didn’t have any heat (they said someone was coming out to fix it soon, but it was 25 degrees out and these folks was COLD i promise you) overall i am super impressed and pleased with the service and thankful for the care they showed me today. y’all will absolutely see my lil kia pull up in exactly 4,000 miles 😂
