This was the first time I did not change the oil on my own vehicle for almost 20 years. I was very pleased with the entire experience. They refuse to do the services that are complimentary however tell you they have other services to sell you. Telling me that they do not do check and fill of transmission fluid (listed on picture below) as well as all other check and fill services. Would recommend going over to take 5 literally the next right after you pass this store that has no professionalism and doesn’t do what jiffy lube says they offer. Updated with picture of receipt with the service saying that the transmission fluid was OK after they told me it’s low and would not fill it
