  I would like to sincerely thank Dan at Enterprise for his outstanding customer service during the time my vehicle was being repaired. From the very beginning, Dan was helpful, professional, and extremely courteous. He kept me informed about the status of my rental and my insurance policy, making sure I understood every update along the way. He answered all of my questions clearly and promptly, which gave me great peace of mind during what could have been a stressful situation. What I appreciated most was his consistent communication. Dan reassured me that he would continue to keep me updated if there were any changes, and he followed through on that promise. His friendliness and professionalism truly made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I am very grateful for his support and would highly recommend Dan to anyone needing assistance at Enterprise!

  Staff at the Chester Va location are fantastic. They always have a great attitude, are very professional and helpful. This is a reflection of great management. I have yet to arrive to pick up a vehicle and no vehicle is available or the vehicle class I reserved was unavailable. I only wish for my convenience, that this location was open regular hours on the weekend, but I am glad the employees can count on a consistent time off every week. I'm sure that's a contributing factor in their positive demeanor and job performance. I'll gladly sacrifice some convenience for the excellent service, and, again am really happy for the employees being able to enjoy guaranteed scheduled days off the same as the rest of us who enjoy the same.

  Love Enterprise Rent-a-car! They have the best customer service and they take the time to explain everything to you. I will always use Enterprise in the future too.
