- JSJessica ShumanDec 12, 20255.0Long story short the colonial heights location called me literally 30 mins before I was supposed to pick up my rental and told me they couldn't get me a vehicle at all (even though I made the reservation a month in advance) and told me no location had any availability so I drove to the Chester location yes I was upset but to my surprise the store manager lady (I cannot remember her name even though I had asked her for it for this reason) seen I was upset and asked if I was okay and she made SURE I left in a rental within the hour I was there. She is definitely about her business and I recommend the Chester location to everybody. Great staff great experience thanks yall

I called the office I explained to them they said no problem gave me what the additional days would be and that was it. We left the garage door open in the vehicle called them up and explained the guy went out to the vehicle got it and had it ready for me to pickup!
