I was greeted with a smile and a nice hello, which made me comfortable being a female looking for an item and having no clue as to what I needed. I explained to Mr. Jarvis what issues I was having and he quickly waked out to assist me. It was a cold day, but he explained to me the item I needed, I purchased this item and he installed the battery in the extreme cold. In addition, added extra plugs and items to secure the bigger battery in my truck. He reflected extreme professionalism while assisting me. I appreciate his knowledge and patience. A great employee, which speaks to your company! Definitely will recommend to my friends!
