  I was helped by a gentleman named Shawn. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! Came in for a tail light and the asked him about my gas and a few other things involving my car. He recommended a few things and I ultimately walked out with an all-in-one fuel system cleaner. He was extremely knowledgeable and showed me a variety of options, he was very patient in explaining everything. Even though they were about to close, I didn't feel like he was rushing me out of the door. Thank you so much!

  Just left from inside the store after waiting ten minutes for someone to even ask me if I needed help. Three workers, two at the counter and no other customer inside the store. I stood there looking up what i needed on my own while one passed by twice. I was a few feet from the counter and they wouldn't even look at me. Very disappointed in the customer service.

  This is my second experience at this specific AutoZone. Both times I have been in and out quickly, with great customer service. I walked in asking to get my battery tested and if it tested bad, then replaced. Their tester was not working- but I knew I had a bad battery anyways 🤷‍♂️ I am a kid in my arms, he was crying & being loud, I Drew a blank on the year of my car, but the person who is helping me Richard- Was nice enough to read the Vin off my phone, did a great job. Was prompt, Professional, meeting out in 20 minutes, Took my old car battery and recycled it for me included a courtesy discount. Shoutout to Richard.
