  I've visited 2 of their locations over the past 2 months to have state inspections completed on both my vehicles. Both locations provided excellent customer service and support and the staff members kept me informed about any upcoming maintenance needs that my vehicles required. They were very easy to deal with and made the entire process effort free and hassle free. I'll definitely be returning here in the future for any vehicle maintenance needs.

  Went to fix a slow leak in a tire. The service rep was very friendly and helpful. It took about a half hour and they came back to me that the tire just needed a nail removed and to be plugged. The price was great and service was fast and efficient. My only issue was I booked my appointment online for 7:30 am online but I couldn't get service until 8:30. I was explained that National runs the appointment system and was incorrect with the service starting time. Next time I will book by phone at the location directly. I just had a cup of coffee waiting.

  My review of Tire Choice on Battlefield Blvd is long overdue…about 2,000 miles ago. I wanted to give a BIG shout out to Ryan. I went there on a Sunday (30 minutes before closing) praying they would do an oil change. I often work 12 hour days and it’s difficult to schedule oil changes without leaving my car all day. I went inside and was greeted by Ryan, who was very friendly. I asked if there was any way they would an oil change…I was expecting to hear “no”and was stunned when Ryan said it wouldn’t be a problem! Wow! I appreciated Ryan and his tech’s kindness so much! Thank you ☺️

  Purchased 4 tires for son's car. Was also sold and alignment. Overall experience was great but not sure the alignment made anything better. Staff was awesome.
