  Got a chip on my windshield and before I got home it spread like a California wildfire! I promptly filed a claim through my insurance and was sent to safelite! I only had to pay my deductible for a full window replacement! My technician gave me a call prior to arriving and showed up a few mins early told me what he was going to do, I unlocked the car and within an hour it was completed. He told me what not to do for the next 72 hours and that was it! Payment was not required until after completion of the service! All around a great experience! Highly recommend!

  We had the pleasure of meeting Corey, the technician that repaired my broken window. He was punctual, polite, and his communication was excellent (above what we had expected). His care and attention to detail including all the broken glass trapped inside my car door was outstanding. Despite his own service van being struck in the parking lot while he was repairing my window, he performed his duties in a timely and efficient manner without delay. We would strongly recommend Corey and Safelite for any needed repairs in the future. Thank you, Corey!

  Cancelled my appointment 45 mins before a tech was supposed to arrive. After taking the day off of work and told a supervisor would call me back… i heard nothing. Called 2 hours later and after being given an extensive run around I book an in shop appointment for the next day… was told by sales associate that a new set of windshield wipers would be put on the van as compensation for our trouble to only later to be told they didn’t have the correct size and too bad for us….most unprofessional and dismissive experience Ive had ever.

  I had an appointment for Friday. 2 confirmation calls Thursday. 1 confirmation email Friday. No one showed up! I called, left messages Friday. I called, emailed and texted Saturday. Customer service couldn't even get the store on the phone. I called customer service again today and she couldn't get them on the phone. This is highly unprofessional. Update: Tech Curtis and the woman working the front desk (apologies, my husband did not get your name) are the only reason I am updating from 1 star.

  After making two prior attempts before they finally got me in and my window was fixed in less than an hour only down fall is if I have a tech come out they give u a 5 hour window am my tech didn’t even reach out till 10 min after my 5 hour window and nothing was offered for my inconvenience of having to reschedule and the bring my car to location but like i said it was fixed in less than an hour I was extremely happy about that
