  I don’t usually leave feedback but when you get great customer service and get great work done you share. Charles up front was very polite and very knowledgeable about all of my questions. The work was done in a speedy manner and u couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend and will be going back!!! 👏👏👏👏

  They have absolutely no regard for punctuality. Even though their prices are on the higher side, I chose this shop for a four-tire replacement specifically to save time. I asked multiple times before booking—and again when I dropped off the car—if they could definitely meet the deadline, and they repeatedly assured me it wouldn't be a problem. Instead, they kept shifting their story and making excuses once the time arrived. Because of their delay, I missed my subsequent plans and was put in a very embarrassing position. If you decide to go here, clear your entire schedule—do not trust their timeline.

  The whole crew is the best here! I went in because my phone chord was stuck on my door and the older gentlemanman that looks like he ma be part Indian (sorry I forgot to get his name) fixed my issue in 5 minutes!!!! He was awesome!!!!! Thank you to NTB. You were there for me and helped quickly!!!!! : )

  I ended up spending $180 more than the original estimate. I was offered a mail in rebate of $80 for a set of Michelin tires, however, after the tires were installed, I was informed that the promotion is no longer available. I made the appointment online a few days prior. They also do not include alignment in their cost estimate which is different from balancing, and I feel this is deceptive. Let's see what else? I had to wait 1 hour and 35 minutes, I did not receive the free battery check, and all my tires were overinflated (all were set to 37 psi but should be 35 psi for front and 33 psi for rear based on the label inside the door).
