    It's bad enough that these chargers are few and far between but there are also ALWAYS INOPERABLE!!!!!!

    EVgo chargers are either always down, or there is a line to use them. There is no inbetween. This one and the Norfolk Wawa (by Janaf Shopping Center) are both currently down. Thats 4 chargers in total out of service and they usually take 3-6 months to get back online. Absolute Trash... If you're considering getting an EV, get one that can use the Tesla Supercharger network. Ford, Rivian, GM, Volvo, Nissan, & Polestar currently can.

    The charging station is near the level 1 JC Penney entrance, near the Cinema Cafe sign. The charger I used worked well on the first try.
