  Booked a minivan for April 11. Was told by receptionist over phone that I would have the minivan available on this day (made the booking 1 month back). I got a call the day before I planned to pick up the car that no minivans were available in their lot and that I would need to look somewhere else - and it’s always expensive to make last minute car reservations. What did I make a reservation for with Enterprise, that too one month in advance? If you need a specific class of car, enterprise would most definitely let you down.

  About a month ago I needed to rent a car and specifically reserved an SUV. The reservation was confirmed and I had a confirmation number for an SUV. It seemed as if all Enterprise Rent A Car locations near me could not accommodate this request (even though I had already paid in advance online) I was on a wait list. I was "elevated" to priority to help locate an SUV through the corporate customer service center. I never received any call backs or any help EXCEPT from this location. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle I was taking for travel. Colby specifically was EXTREMELY helpful and you could tell he really cared. Customer service and finding people who will truly find a way to come through is hard to come by these days. I definitely recommend this location!

  Lamont was very helpful and thorough. Coby picked me up from home and assisted with the navigation in the rental. I come to this location time and time again because of the professionalism and smooth process!! Thank you

  Nice jeep truck, alarming issues was very inconvenient, I rent alot via enterprise an ive noticed the points to redeem a day is skyrocket an is 3 times the amount it was in November 2025
