  If you don’t want your rental to be available on the day of pickup, this is your place. A reservation does not secure the vehicle, it only requests the vehicle. I’m sure there’s fine print where I acknowledged this but it’s not a way to do business. I found out the day of pickup that my minivan was not available. The alternative offered was a Toyota Corolla. Certainly not the same type of vehicle. The local manager, Noah hung up on me because he did not want to hear my concerns. The 800# provided by Noah did the same. I then called the airport location and they confirmed a van was available. I again “reserved” a van, went there to only find out that no vans were available. How frustrating and what a bad position they put me in. I had to scramble and ultimately found another car thru a competing company, no hassle, less expensive and held to their commitment. I am very disappointed in Enterprise. I’ve been a customer for a long time but no longer will be.

  Absolute joke of a company. I made a reservation a week ago for a bigger SUV for my trip today. What do you know I get a call saying they don’t have the car I made a reservation for?? So when I called them out they said they will try , key word TRY to get another small vehicle. It’s been a few hours since I’ve heard and now I’ve been on hold for 10 minutes. Don’t waste your money or time here. They clearly don’t honor reservations from my own personal experience nor any of the other reviews I’ve read complaining about the same issues. Enjoy the reviews UPDATE I spoke with Noah who is the manager of the office, not only did he hang up on the phone on me. He would not give me any information to contact the regional manager nor would Noah give me his full name so I could formally complain. So I take all the information to deesclation where they hang up on me!!! At this point it’s not a reservation it’s a request to get a car. I will be contacting the BBB for the absolute dis respect and atrocity from this. Also the icing on the cake for me was apprently Noah called every local place in the area for a car. I’m calling BS because I called the airport and lord and behold they have the SUV I RESERVED. What the hell guys Last update since I can’t reply to the owner. You really think I would go out of MY way to contact you on your site? Nah I’ll give you my number and reservation number so you can see it’s real and I actually had these issues but I already went a step further and got the district manages email for all mangers of the area AND corporates email. I hope to be hearing back soon from them.

  Request a car to be rented in advance—so, as you would assume, it’s a reservation. Show up, and what do you know? It’s not reserved, and they can’t find anything similar. Go somewhere else, where they actually know what how to honor a reservation.

  I’ve been an Emerald Club member with Enterprise for over a decade and have completed hundreds of rentals nationwide through our company. That relationship ends here. I made a reservation through the local branch, checked in, and confirmed all trip details. Fifteen minutes before pickup, I received a call informing me that my reservation had been canceled. No explanation, no recovery effort, just a complete failure in basic operational execution. At a minimum, a rental company should be able to manage its inventory and honor confirmed reservations. Instead, this location demonstrated a lack of professionalism and accountability that makes it difficult to trust them with even routine travel needs. Meanwhile, rates continue to rise while service quality declines. There are more reliable alternatives available. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
