I was in and out in ten minutes or less once my car was in the bay and I had no issues using car advise which was nice.

I continued to wait patiently when three different cars that arrived after me were being helped before me. I went to say something to Paul and he got extremely defensive and tried to blame his staff. Keep in mind he was rude to me last time I came as well. After I corrected him and told him he was quick and snippy to me the last time I came about my sticker he told me I was being rude and disrespectful towards him.Even though he was the one being rude he said to me "you can leave if you want". At this point I was agitated but was keeping my calm. Kelsey and Marquie were MOST helpful getting me in and out in 15 minutes. Kelsey and Marquie were the only reason I didn't lose my cool and leave the establishment. Paul made me leave my experience very displeased.

Today I came to get my oil changed, simple procedure. I have one of the mechanics named Brett, come over to my passenger door and to do a cabin air filter check (never had done before). Brett comes over to check my cabin air filter and there’s a buildup of leaves and dirt, he began explaining to me this is the air I breathe in the car while I’m driving, and how it would affect my ac and how it blows. I had been having problems with my ac flow during the summer, but just chalked it up to my ac needing a recharge. He not only saved me money and stress from trying to figure out my ac situation but did something nooo other mechanic at valvoline had done since the 4 years I’ve been coming to this place. Brett and Eddie worked on my oil changed as well as filling up the air in my tires. Definitely 100% recommend this Valvoline to any customers! Customer service was great, communication was outstanding, work ethic and genuine customer care was impeccable!
