Sold me 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with a bad engine head. It was hidden with stop leak. When all of it came out into my coolant resevoir I called Firestone. They told me the head was done. I called Udrive to see if they can exchange the vehicle or anything but no deal due to it being sold AS IS. Nobody would have bought it with an engine issue no matter how good it looked including me but i got trated like a check instead of a valued customer. BBB said they aren't registered with them and they have plenty of complaints with similar issues. I tried to talk to the owner but he will not contact me back. They are basically saying that in 3 weeks the engine being bad was not on them. Just look up dealerships with the BBB before purchasing. These people seem genuine in person till the check is cashed. I was trying to refer people here too. Got to hurry up and tell at least 10 people my story and nevermind. This will cost me 4700 to fix and I haven't even made a payment yet lol.
Great customer service goes a long way. I just received a call from this amazing gentlemen Chris who clearly doesn't know the inventory of the cars he sell SMH.
Me and my wife went in to look for a truck. Before getting there we spoke with Chris. Once we arrived looking for Chris, asked for him by name and we were assisted by someone else. Buddy whom was helping us says "that's Chris right there, he's who you were talking with" and this dude acted like we didn't exist or didn't wanna be bothered. Great way to start off. Anywho......We found a truck we were interested in but once we got ready to test drive it, the heat was not working. Oddly enough they hopped right on it to "fix" it. We had plans so we couldn't stick around.
Fast forward to today, we reached out to inquire if the car is available and we get ol Chris. We simply asked that along with the work that was needed, could you inspect the car since it was going out on March. We are at the end of the month so it should only make sense right. How bout buddy sends a pic of an inspection sticker dated 11/26. Sir this must be the wrong car. We go back and forth with him explaining that we want to purchase but we rather not be mislead. We check the site to find that indeed the inspection sticker on the vehicle in the pics are not dated for 11/26 not to mention the car fax says the inspect was done in March of 25. Am I tripping??? Doubt it

When I arrived I was greeted by Ibrahim. I had a list of cars I wanted to see and he showed me all of them. He also suggested a few others and one of those ended up being the car I bought.
