  Bought a $12,000 suv that shut off 10 days after buying it has now been 3 months that it has just been sitting now we have to take it to a real dealership to replace a fuel rail.

  If I could give this place zero stars I would. My husband and I bought this beautiful Red 2012 Dodge Durango RT, it was listed for a great price and after seeing it in person we was sold ! My husband even paid 500$ just to hold the vehicle, we had just sold our Dodge Challenger and was waiting for the check to clear from Carmax. Finally once things cleared and we were driving off the lot, it seemed like a great buy. We felt like we won, It drove smooth and gave us the room we needed for our blended family. We’ve only had the car for about 3 1/2 weeks when the check engine light comes on, then the air bag light comes on. So immediately the next day we take the car for a diagnostic test for them to tell us that the car had several leaks. Even if the car is a trade in, it is your due diligence as a company selling cars, to make sure everything checks out before putting it on market. Haven’t even had the car for 30 days and were already paying for repairs. We even invested in the year warranty only for them to tell us NOT everything is covered. We havent received our tags yet, we were told it was going to mailed to our home. I believe when we called about it they said we would have to wait on the lady to come back from vacation. I don’t know why businesses don’t value their customers anymore or take pride in the product their selling. You do right by the customer, it always comes back to you. But now they have a negative review and that’s worst than anything because people like me read them. I hope future customers read this message !!

  Bought a car for 12000, still had 30 day tags on it and had to bring it to the dealership to get fixed. 2300 dollars later, do you think udrive cared? IF YOU SHOP HERE GET THE WARRANTY. I had a whole lot to say about your response, however I don't care. I've been waiting for over 50 days for my metal tags, I had to get a second set of 30s from udrive bc they "forgot" to get my tags. As for a full inspection, the spark plugs were so bad in this car it blew my 3rd cylinder. They had sharpie written on them that made no sense. How do you do a thorough inspection and not even remove the plugs? Or your mechanic didn't want to deal w removing all the parts to get to the WRX plugs. Last thing if I'd have bought the warranty, the 1600 for 6 months. I'd have probably got the cheapest on that didn't cover electrical, so my 1000 dollar coil packs wouldn't have been covered, and I'd have paid for a warranty that didn't help, and fixing my car. Thanks udrive, get my tags, or give me my money back so I can get them myself.
