Despite scheduling an appointment, it took a full week just to receive a diagnostic, which is completely unacceptable. Communication was poor throughout the process, and I left with zero confidence in their ability or integrity. I would strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before considering this shop.

That business was bought out and since, everyone I knew there was gone. I had to go back there because I had a road hazard claim on tires I purchased there 2 years ago. They wouldn’t honor the warranty. I prefer to limit confrontation electing to just leave; lick my wounds later. Drove to TireChoice to the care once again by Heather. She solved my issue quickly and the work was done perfectly. Never going anywhere else for tires.
