I have been getting water on my floorboard randomly during long rains and moisture all over the inside of the windshield. Called them to address my problems. They made an appointment to get me in, during the appointment, they really could not see a problem. So, the tech pulled my windshield and resesled it. They are A okay in my book. Will have to see if I have had my problem fixed after some cold rain. But, they satisfied my concerns.

The technician called because he was running early and asked if I would like for him to come earlier than my window. I was happy about that! He got everything done in 45 minutes. The tech placed my inspection stickers perfectly on the windshield you would never have known it was moved from another windshield!

It was actually my 2nd time getting my windshield replaced and I could see he corrected errors from the previous windshield replacement. Kingsley is definitely one of the better technicians with the company. If I ever need to get a windshield replaced again, I know how it should look when completed. This appointmemt was from 12/9/25.
