  I took my vehicle to the location at 1545 Crossways Blvd Chesapeake, Va. last Wednesday and was very dissatisfied. The windshield was installed properly but I wasn't notified in advance that my inspection sticker, parking pass and unlimited car wash stickers would be thrown away! So imagine the shock when I get in my car and all of my stickers are gone! I went back into the location and the young lady assisting me pretty much said Inwas out of luck! I had to practically beg her to go and check with the installer! I was the most concern about my parking pass for my apartment complex because my car would be towed at a cost of $225 since the rental office were closed for the day! She came back with the parking sticker but the $35 unlimited carwash was lost and so was my inspection sticker! I felt this key information should have been discussed before and after the install! It wasn't!!! I know I wasn't the first one to inquire about this and after all this is a company that install and repair windshields! The customer service representative just said oh well and that was that! I reached out to Safelite customer service by email and I'm waiting for a reply!!

  I had my windshield replaced and my inspection sticker was not placed onto the new glass. The sticker was neither fraudulent nor expired. I understand that things happen, however, I was not contacted and when I reached out for an answer, no one from the location called me back with an explanation or next steps on how to fix the situation. I had to take my car to the dealership for a new sticker! Completely unacceptable & poor customer service!

  Efficient, effective and on time. I really like that they filed through my insurance automatically by simply adding my Gieco insurance number. I had to get my Lexus windshield replaced and the service included recalibration of my camera! Fast drop off and pick up. They cleaned windshield and exterior windows. Explained after care. I will say physical store location was a little difficult to find even with navigation.

  I’d I could give them. Onstars I sure would. The tech did a horrible job with my wind shield and went back and fourth with them. To do a recheck so after several times I was given an appt for them to come out. Then they asked me d to get out of bed to take a shot of my window. And I told them I’m working over note and I need to sleep. They wanted me to do theyre job so I didnt appreciate it. They never showed up Saturday then they canceled my appointment. Word to the wise they are scammers. Go else where. Don’t waste your time or money. Horrible customer service. If it was done right this wouldn’t have been a problem. They suck

  Overall great experience with Safelite and the location I went to, to get my windshield replaced. At first I had a repair done and it was good enough to pass inspection but after 2 weeks it began to get worse (I drive through construction zones everyday to go to work) & more dings were showing up on my windshield (unrelated to the first repair). Thinking into the future, I was going to need it replaced by next inspection for sure so I went in for a windshield replacement. Thankfully, I was able to put my cost for the repair towards the replacement (warranty). The replacement looks beautiful and my inspection sticker and dash camera were placed back perfectly. The attention to detail was heart warming. I definitely would recommend the Chesapeake location again.
