Got there at 9am, was greeted soon as I walked in the door. The first guy went out to look at my car and that's when I found out I needed 2 new tires. He initially told me it would be a 30 min wait before they even got to my car, then another 30-45 min for labor but I was prepared to wait being that I was a walk in on Christmas Eve. Once I got comfortable in the waiting area Michael came out asking where did I keep my tire lock kit. I told him, within in 30 min I was walking out the door. I arrived at 9am, walked out the door at 10:15. Will definitely be coming back for all my tire needs!!

Bobby at the front desk was very professional and advised me that they could help me with everything, plus get my wifes vehicle back in the same day. We left it there and within hours, Michael called me with some updates. All five of the tpms sensors were dead (well, the spare was at 1%). Michael and his crew were able to help us out with providing fair pricing and honoring other discounts. Everyone I met there seemed happy and said that we want you, the customer, to leave here happy. Thank you to the good people at this NTB and thank you NTB for providing certain discounts.
