- ATAteya TerrellJan 11, 20261.0So, I was involved in a car accident in October. My car was towed to the new yard in Chesapeake (without my consent) because I was taken by ambulance. While my car was at the tow yard, it was broken into amongst a few others.. my phone, my airpods, my medicine & a few other items were taken. The owner showed me the video so there was proof that this did occur… i never received any compensation for the things stolen since my car was in THEIR possession & i had to wait until Monday to even retrieve anything from my car (my accident was on a friday). Long story short, if your using there yard as a storage or if your car needs to be towed or have been towed by them. Please protect your belongings because they will not be compensated by them.

It went from dead to running within minutes so I did not need a flat bed tow. I was able to drive it to the dealship for service quickly and on a Saturday before they closed! All around Hickory Towing is a great service company, has top notch equipment and highly trained people! I'm Impressed and Thankful!
