Then when I do go in I got no water or soap and someone on a ladder inside doing maintenance while cars were going through. Had to wait again to go through and it's still barely clean. I have a minivan. It doesn't touch the back at all. If there's obvious issues why are you still running cars through? The guy at the gate was annoyed and frustrated dealing with people having to go back through and snapped at me when I asked if I was gonna get soap and water this time. Do better.

Upon cancellation, your Unlimited Wash Club Membership will remain active until your next bill date and you may continue to wash unlimited at all locations up until then. Refunds are not issued after membership cancellation.
What if I change my mind after cancelling my account?
Just pull up to the kiosk at any of our locations and you’ll be prompted to re-activate your account (if your RFID tag is still in place on your windshield). Current packages and pricing at the time of re-activation applies.
What types of vehicles do you wash?
Our vehicle clearance is 7’2”. Our conveyor tracks support a tire width of up to 13.5″, and we cannot accept trucks with dual wheels or vehicles over 85″ wide. For the safety of our customers, team members and wash equipment, we cannot wash vehicles with bike/scooter/wheelchair/utility racks. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
