He explained my tint options, gave me the details of each type of tint but without any pressure to push me towards the more expensive type. I greatly appreciated that. He was finished with my vehicle in the exact amount of time he said it would take and then took me out to see the windows. He asked if I was satisfied with the work, allowing me time to closely look it over. I was very satisfied. He explained the details of the warranty, gave me the warranty card, and thanked me for the business. I especially appreciated that the film was pre-cut by a cutting machine based on my yr, make, model which meant no razor blading at all (no cut rubber around windows). I will be going back to get my other vehicle tinted by him.
