- LBLashan Bailey2 days ago1.0In my opinion, they do not deserve that one star it’s a whole story that I cannot type in because of the limitation, but let me say this do not go to this particular enterprise on Western branch Boulevard you will be disappointed. Trust me. I did a reservation on November 6, 2025 call November 19, 2025 for a pick up for me to get the rental car that I have reservations for for Friday, November 21. Let’s just say I never got the rental car. I never got a courtesy call to tell me that the car was extended by the previous customer. I was lied to about getting picked up because they knew the car was not available. I waited three hours. I called multiple times to the customer service in which day was no help. They tell you anything to get you off the phone. The last call to them was a regional manager would be calling me. I have not received the call as of yet. Do not do the check-in online because you will be locked with them. I was lied to about them going into the system to override it the time is 2:37 PM and it still lock I cannot cancel or modify my reservations. Get it together because you guys suck.

The only solution I was provided was to get a rental tomorrow. That is a major inconvenience to me. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a negative experience with the company as a whole. The staff were professional and respectful, but very obviously overwhelmed with two employees on a Saturday.
