- PMPatricia McGurrJan 15, 20261.0I was sent to the Western Branch location via insurance. Kia was beyond rude! So unprofessional! I made a suggestion that they advise their clients when renting that the tolls are going to be directly deducted from the account on file, as that isn’t an item reviewed during rental. She immediately got rude and stated “We have no way to know if you are using tolls.” Not what I said. I said I understood but that as a customer I was making a suggestion for the next customer. She went behind the counter and accused me of being disrespectful for making a suggestion when I was no such thing then told me to get out of her store. I made it abundantly clear I will not be returning with her nasty attitude. The African American male who picked me up from the shop to bring me to Enterprise was equally rude. I introduced myself and he refused to introduce himself and seemed agitated that I needed to check my keys in with the repair shop before leaving. Now Noah was very kind as was the other Caucasian male who rented me my car. I can’t recall his name. When I returned to the repair shop to get my vehicle and told them, they said they have heard this same complaint from several other customers, that this location has been rude to them as employees of the repair shop and that they only use them because insurance says so. They also said this location changes general managers like they change underwear. Completely unacceptable! Do better Enterprise! Hire the professional staff! This isn’t it!
