I had a 5:30 PM reservation for an XL truck at this location. When I arrived, there were already multiple customers waiting. Around 6:00 PM, a female representative assisted me and informed me that no XL trucks were available. I was told my only options were to take a van or cancel the reservation.
I asked why I was not contacted in advance to be notified of this issue and was told they were too busy to call. When I questioned how this situation was the customer’s fault, I was told it was due to previous customers not returning the truck on time. There was no empathy, accountability, or attempt to provide alternative solutions.
The interaction then became unprofessional. Despite my efforts to de-escalate the situation, the representative argued back and forth with my significant other and did not maintain a professional tone. She ultimately left the premises in the van, leaving us without any vehicle.
I later spoke with the manager, Kyle, who stated he would coach the employee involved. Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing and reflects very poorly on customer service standards. This was the worst Enterprise experience I have ever had.

Do not rent from this location. They will call you and tell you they don't have vehicles even though Enterprise customer service says your reservation is good. They will rent your "reserved" car to a walk-in or later renter if they can get a higher rate.

I am very displeased with this particular branch I made a reservation in October for the week of Thanksgiving in November for a minivan I Icalled the establishment and showed up in person for my scheduled reservation at 12:00 they push my reservation back to 4:00 because they said they didn't have it at the moment but reassured me that I would have my vehicle I come in at 4:00 the gentleman at the desk tells me they do not have the size vehicle that I reserve only something smaller that would only accommodate 4 to 5 people I told the associate this is why I called to be sure that you guys would have what it is I reserved and I was reassured that I would have that and now you're telling me you don't have it he did not help me at all he basically sent me on my way with no type of assistance to help me find another vehicle after I personally went to several other different branches I come back to this Branch before closing to see if they can accommodate me in any way and they tell me we don't have any vehicles.... I had to cancel a family trip out of state that have been planned for the last 2 months because we didn't have a way to get everyone there what is the point of a reservation being placed months ahead just to get down to the final hours of travel to be told we don't have what you reserved and we cannot help you
