Patrick Mathews is the store manager and I had a issue with my tires and he blew my expectations out of the water! He fixed the issue and then went even further to make sure that I was satisfied. Sorry I'm not a girl that was born yesterday I've had my brakes worked on by Independent shops and by dealerships and they were never that much. They're also not that friendly or willing to discuss any confusion or answer much questions. Seemed more annoyed in in a rush to get me out the door. I don't get the hype on this place. I found tire choice in Portsmouth near the Harris teeter to be much better priced with a quick turnaround. I also really liked Firestone in Chesapeake square Mall but they have a long wait list. I take my car to one of those places before here. I also want to add that they parked my unregistered car way down the street in the neighborhood. The reason I brought it in was to get it legal again. It had been sitting in our driveway for years. Why on Earth they decided that they would put a car with tags from 2017 on a public road is beyond me. I would have respected them more if they just said "we don't want you as a customer, never come back" instead of having to read between the lines.
