  This was hands down the best car buying experience I've had at a dealership. Everyone was so knowledgeable and really went above and beyond. I love my 2026 CX90 and while I don't see getting rid of her Cavalier Mazda would definitely be my first stop. Special Thanks to Christa, Ashley and Josh and everyone who helped me.

  Bought a car from them about a week ago! I love it! And service was absolutely a 10/10! Would definitely do business with them again!! I absolutely recommend Aaron by far he gave us the best deal and made sure we knew all the things we wanted about my Mazda absolute five star customer service!

  We had a really great experience at this dealership, and Phil was a big reason why! From the start he made us feel comfortable and never came across as pushy or desperate to make a sale, which I really appreciated. He was easy to talk to, patient, and took the time to walk us through everything without rushing us. What stood out the most was how much he respected our budget. He worked with us to find options that actually made sense financially and never tried to steer us into something outside of what we were comfortable with. That honestly made the whole process feel a lot more relaxed and genuine! We had visited another Mazda dealership earlier and the experience was very different. There we felt pressured and a bit dismissed, like we were being pushed toward vehicles that didn’t really fit what we wanted. Coming here was the complete opposite. Phil listened, respected our priorities, and made sure we felt good about every step of the process! Overall, this Mazda dealership did an excellent job helping us in every aspect of the purchase. We left feeling confident in our decision and really well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend working with Phil if you’re shopping for a vehicle!

  I had an excellent experience with this dealership from start to finish. I was looking for a very specific car and communication was clear without being pushy or any silly man-splaining. I especially appreciated Eric who really did go well above and beyond to support my purchase - delivering my car to me 200 miles away. He was responsive and clear at every stage, which was really great as I live in DC and purchasing a car long distance is risky. I quickly had full confidence and trust in him, and the whole dealership. Summer, the customer experience manager was also great. My only slight negative was Geoff (finance) who got a bit pushy with warranties and was comparatively slow with the paperwork. But as soon as I let Eric know he helped things run more smoothly. Perhaps Geoff was just ‘normal’ or really busy on the day but compared to the rest of the excellent service, he failed to make that high bar. That said, there were no problems and everything was done correctly. I would very highly recommend this dealership. I visited several in my search for a car, and spoke to many on the phone, and they are really standout in terms of listening to customers and ensuring you get what you want.. no more or less. A great dealership!
