  Hi Cavalier Mazda Team, I wanted to share a quick note of appreciation for the excellent experience my wife and I had recently when purchasing our new car from Cavalier Mazda. Ashley, Rachel and Paul assisted us throughout the process and was truly outstanding. And Ahsley was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable, and she took the time to answer all of our questions clearly. She made everything feel smooth and stress-free, and we never felt pressured. Because of her help, we felt confident in our decision and really enjoyed the whole buying experience.   Eric Knowlton, our sales representative, was very professional and helpful. Overall Cavalier delivered a clean, certified preowned 2025 CX—5, the safest vehicle in its class, at a fair price. The process was seamless. I would recommend Cavalier Mazda.

  I can only describe my experience as a truly delightful car-buying journey, from the very first phone call to the final closing at the dealership. Ashley, the salesperson who initially answered the phone, was courteous, attentive, and immediately responsive. I presented my proposal for a 2025 Mazda CX-5, which she promptly took to her sales manager, Rachel. It took very little time for us to arrive at a number that was fair and agreeable to both parties. A minor issue arose regarding my preferred color, but Rachel resolved it effortlessly and professionally. Although I was simultaneously working with other dealerships, I found myself continually returning to Cavalier—not because of pressure or persistence, but because of the genuine respect and value they placed on their customer. At closing, customer care specialist Summer welcomed me into a private room complete with candy, sparkling apple juice, and a handwritten card thanking me for my purchase—a thoughtful and memorable touch. I would be remiss not to also mention Geoff, the finance manager, whose personable demeanor and efficiency made the final steps seamless. Having purchased and negotiated many vehicles over my 82 years, I can honestly say I have never experienced a car-buying process as gratifying and enjoyable as this one.

They asked all the right questions to ensure my vehicle selection would be the best fit for what I was looking for. Kerry made the paperwork process simple and easy. Joshua is amazing, he knew all the features of the car inside and out. He is truly a product guru. Paul and their service department were wonderful. This dealership truly has a warm atmosphere.   I have never conceived of leaving a positive review for a major car dealer before… Cavalier Mazda really was a cut above any other dealership experience. Nice lounges, outstanding customer service from everyone we spoke with, fair pricing, none of the repetitive “let me talk to my sales manager” back-and-forth rigamarole to waste my time. Even their financing was great, Geoff was able to beat my bank’s offering and didn’t try to hard sell us upgrades - which actually made us go for some of them. Eric our sales person was professional, respectful and straightforward. I have long been a fan of Mazdas, (this is the 4th one I have owned) and Mazda is lucky to have this dealership representing their badge. This should be your first stop for a car purchase.
