I love the little serene room they have set up at the dealership just to let you soak everything in with your car buying experience as well as anything else you would like to talk about. Had a great sales lady named Ashley that totally knew the Mazda line like the back of her hand. Summer Sherman has the best personality and she is the one that set up the zen room. Geoff Smith the finance manager also a great guy. Last but not least Rachel she got us the most out of our truck that we traded in. Rachel, the sales manager, was fantastic — honest, straightforward, and refreshingly free of any high-pressure tactics. Geoff in finance was personable and somehow made that part of the process smooth — no KY Jelly required. Summer, who handles the ceramic coating packages, was professional, accommodating, and honored the deal without any games. And shoutout to Josh, the delivery specialist — super helpful and patient walking us through all the features before we drove off. Overall, Cavalier Mazda made the whole experience comfortable, transparent, and even enjoyable. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re shopping for a new Mazda!
