  It was the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER purchasing a new vehicle. Seth Andreson and Zinar in finance was so pleasant to work with and it was a quick transaction as well with a very fair trade in value on my used SL550. I encourage anyone to go there f9r your next purchase.

  Very poor customer service. Our brand new 2024 Ford Expedition has been to this dealership three times and they have not resolved the problem. We contacted Ford directly who contacted the dealership and told them what to do and they refused to do what Ford told them to do. They also refused to escalate the issue so that our problem could be resolved. In addition they blatantly lied to use and told us that our vehicle just did not have that blue cruise capability. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL. STAY AWAY.

  Unfortunately we have not been able to come to a deal on a vehicle I was hoping for. however it was not due to anyone's fault at the dealership, just the timing isn't right. Everyone was very professional and courteous and tried to get me the car I wanted, it was just not the right time. I will continue searching for a new vehicle that will fit my needs and budget with a little more research. I recommend if you are looking for a vehicle and know what is possible for you then by all means Cavalier Ford at Greenbrier is a great place to shop.

  Back in May of 2025 I purchased a 2013 Expedition King Ranch and I just had diagnostics done on it for the transmission, I did buy it as is but I haven't had it a year yet and now I need a new transmission, power steering flush and new tires! Any assistance to this matter would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you! It only had 88k miles on it when I bought it!
