  She a beauty ain’t she, These folks were awesome people at this place no lies no gimmicks just great customer service and the best price in town. Shout out to Richard and Hunter those guys are the real rock stars. I’ll definitely buy from there again.

  I can’t express enough the positive difference I have experienced so far with cavalier ford. They proactively reached out to schedule thanks to the ford pass app and got me scheduled within days…not weeks or months. Keep up the excellent service!

  Ben is a great salesman, and very knowledgeable. I would go there again just to deal with him. Never thought I'd see an honest salesman but he proved me wrong. Helped me with my trade in and getting a deal on it that worked for both parties. Great deal on the vehicle I bought. The financial manager also very helpful and informative.

  I took my car in to get an oil change today. I showed up before my appointment time, handed over my keys and got settled in the waiting room. I watched about 15 people come and go while I was in there and at one point, I was the only one left. Over 2 hours after I got there my car was finally done. I paid my bill, got in my car to leave and it wouldn't even start. The battery was dead. I handed over my keys again and had a seat back in the waiting room. After about 30 minutes, the service tech came back. I believe her name was Jen. She told me that my battery tested ok before my service had started and then they tested it again after it wouldn't start and it needed to be replaced. I will say she said "due to no fault of their own". I just replaced my battery about a year ago, I didn't have any issues with it before bringing it in. . I asked her, how could my battery be done if nothing was wrong with it before and she simply said "we don't know". They tried to charge me $250 for a new battery. . . I asked her if they made sure everything was connected and where it needed to be. She was very rude and seemed offended I even asked. . I ultimately just asked them to jump start my car and I would take it somewhere else to be looked at. I will never take my car here again. I did meet some very nice service techs that work there and they were great. Jen is rude, she shouldn't be working in customer service.

  I recently purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer ST-Line from Cavalier Ford Greenbrier, and it was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had. My salesperson ( ben Williams) and the shadow salesperson were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They took the time to listen to my needs and preferences and never made me feel pressured during the process. The vehicle was priced competitively, and my salesperson went above and beyond to get me a better deal! The overall process was efficient and smoother than past dealership experiences. The finance representative was also very professional and thorough, ensuring I clearly understood all paperwork and purchase details. Both my husband and I have purchased vehicles from this dealership and had excellent experiences each time, which speaks to their consistency and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Cavalier Ford Greenbrier to anyone looking for a professional, stress-free car-buying experience.
