We had a great experience as we looked for a new vehicle at Cavalier Ford in the Western Branch part at Chesapeake. Keith Dixon was our salesperson. He helped us in our section of the perfect car for our needs, answered all our questions about our new vehicle, and made the purchasing process very easy and transparent. I highly recommend Keith Dixon and Cavalier Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Was able to get an appointment rather quickly, dealt with the friendliest staff every step of the way! Susan made the entire process pain free and as easy as possible. My car was returned good as new and in a timely manner given the work being done to it.

I have been getting service work from Cavalier Ford at Chesapeake Square since about 2020. The service managers are kind and professional. The mechanics make every effort to do the job right the first time. The repair prices has always been resonable/fair. I have never felt overcharged.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the service advisor assigned to my vehicle. My car remained at the dealership for almost two weeks due to her lack of urgency, poor communication, and failure to provide accurate information. She was nonchalant throughout the process and very unhelpful, which caused unnecessary delays and frustration.
Although I did not purchase my vehicle from this dealership, my service advisor personally referred me here for service. Despite that referral, I received what was truly the worst treatment I have ever experienced in a service department. I was forced to conduct my own research, make multiple inquiries, and physically come to the dealership to find other staff members who were willing to assist me and move the process forward.
Fortunately, the situation improved significantly once John from the parts department and Greg, the service parts manager, stepped in. They took over my case, removed the service advisor, Susan, from the process, and handled everything directly and professionally. Both men were phenomenal—knowledgeable, responsive, and committed to resolving the issue efficiently. Their actions were the only reason my experience had a positive outcome.
While I am grateful for John and Greg’s exceptional service, the initial handling of my case was unacceptable and should be addressed to prevent other customers from experiencing the same level of neglect.

I shopped every Ford dealer within 50 miles. Getting a price quote was difficult on the model and color I wanted. Cavalier Ford was the only dealer that gave me an upfront price for the car I was looking for. The quoted price was less than the sticker. They didn’t have the model and color I was looking for so they found one and brought it to their dealership. The quoted price stayed the same throughout the process, with no additions and no last minute changes or add-ons. The salesman, Keith Dixon was easy to talk to with no pressure and did a great job helping me get the car I wanted. The new car sales manager, Drew Malsbury, kept his word throughout the process.
Overall it was a very positive experience.
