I had been to several places and finally came to the conclusion, no one wanted to help and buying everything to do it myself was just STUPIDITY. I am majorly a little 2-weeks post-op surgery and my hands would not have done what needed doing and what was on “YOUTUBE,” was a joke!!! So, I called 1st and Bryce (the Manager ) was very kind and give me information to make the decision worth coming to the store. Anthony, was my sales person! And, Kelvin was present as well. I had “green corrosion,” on a Battery Post! This is a relative new battery or I thought so??? Well, these men did a wonderful job, educating me on: “ batteries, make of cars and some of the reasons why my rather new battery (2-years) old was doing this!!!” I purchase a GREAT BATTERY and they put it in for me. I also, did complete diagnostic test for any other issues and everything was fine! This MEN WERE GREAT! THEY DID NOT TRY TO BEAT ME and “went above and beyond to teach me what was some of the major complications causing this to happen!” I “Highly recommend coming here!” I am tired of auto service men, taking advantage of me because I am a woman!” It was worth my drive, time, and received knowledge that was with GOLD! I “GOT AN EXCELLENT BATTERY and SERVICE.” I was treated with “PURE EXCELLENCE and RESPECT.” Blessings, Celia Herron
